Since this is not a trade normal villagers trade, i will need to find some way to do it.

This example command makes all clerics trade one stone for one stone one time until it refreshes (so they become the most useful villagers ever) note to self: I show you a nice trick, to get extremly cheap deals out. Each trade needs at least one buy item and one sell item.
Ok i recently started playing a vanilla survival server and am new to the 1.14 villagers.
We're going through all of the breeding requirements you'll need to follow, and will walk you through some of the new requirements in the 1.14 update. This turned into a bit of a wall of text but feel free to ask more questions. The trading interface was very different. #this is the amount of trades required for the villager to downgrade the trade price.
